The material of this round mailing tube is solid cardboard. The shipping tube is so strong that it is hardly possible to press the packaging, which means there is no chance of damage. This round shipping tube has a size of 520-540 long by ⌀50 mm . This makes the packaging suitable for long, narrow products. Due to the different components that you slide together, it is possible to vary the length of the packaging; minimum 520 mm long and maximum 540 mm long .
A disadvantage of a round shipping tube is that the product is less easy to stack during storage or during transport. Rolling packaging can sometimes cause problems in the logistics process. Think, for example, of rolling away on the conveyor belts of the logistics partner. We therefore recommend square mailing tubes or triangular shipping tubes to be used when you are going to ship products with an external carrier. Do you have your own transport, do you use the tubes as storage packaging or do you give the packaging directly with your customer from your store or collection point? Then this packaging is excellent!
The round mailing tubes are supplied per 24 pieces . These are delivered flat/plano to save space during storage. You close the round shipping tubes with the white plastic caps, which are included.
