Square mailing tube 1050 x 112 x 112 mm - Hit/Hat extension

Suitable for sending and archiving rolled goods such as posters, drawings, cards and many more narrow elongated products. But can also be used as an extension of the other HIT/HAT packaging.

The cardboard of this shipping tube is 3 mm thick and has a size of 1050 x 112 x 112 mm . This makes the packaging suitable for long, narrow products. This shipping tube can be used separately, but can optionally also serve as an extension for the 440 mm shipping tube, the 630 mm shipping tube and the 870 mm long shipping tube. You do this by sliding this tube over the other square tubes and connecting them with tape , as shown in the product images. You can connect with the following shipping tubes:

• Square shipping tube with a length of 440 mm
• Square shipping tube with a length of 630mm
• Square shipping tube with a length of 870 mm

With this concept you can package products of many different lengths with just a few packages. You make the packaging as long as you want.

The advantage of a square shape is that the product is easy to stack for storage or transport and that it does not roll. Rolling packaging regularly causes problems in the logistics process. Think of rolling away on the conveyor belts of the logistics partner. Some carriers even charge a surcharge for rolling packages.

The square mailing tubes are supplied per 10 pieces . These are delivered flat/plano to save space during storage.
